## Space The gate opens onto a beautiful courtyard where you can park, right in front of the house. You enter the large living room composed of two spaces. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a TV screen and a coffee table. Then you go into the fully equipped kitchen: central island with workbench and dining table, and a second area with cooking plates, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, microwave. You will also find all the utensils and dishes you need. In the adjoining room, a washing machine is at your disposal. The two large windows overlooking the garden make this room very bright and pleasant to live in. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms: a Queen size bed in the first one, a double bed and a sofa bed in the second one. Both have a large closet. The bathroom is also on the first floor, with shower, bathtub and toilet. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided, as well as the basic necessities (soap and toilet paper). You will also be able to enjoy a beautiful garden area (about 500m²) and a terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. Free and unlimited WiFi. ## Access Parking in front of the house, secured by a gate. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary information and arrange your arrival. ## Neighborhood Find all the conveniences at 5 minutes by car: the commercial zone of St-Cyr, bakeries, supermarkets (Auchan, Leclerc). 10 minutes by car: Tours city-center, its Cathedral, its old town, its “Place Plumereau” with its beautiful half-timbered houses, its banks of the Loire river for walking or cycling. Between 30 and 45 min: many castles and tourist places (Amboise, Loches, Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Balzac museum, Prieuré St-Cosmes.). Activities in the region: canoeing on the Loire, Cher, and Indre rivers, hot air ballooning, a day at the Beauval ZooPark and many more! ## Transit To get around Tours: tramway stop “Beffroi” at 20 min walk, or bus stop “Ampère” at 5 min. 15 min from the A10 highway. ## Notes No smoking.
