Enjoy this cottage located in the small village of "La Roche" in Perpezat on the territory "Terres Dômes Sancy" in the heart of Auvergne. Near the cottage, you can find many activities such as Vulcania, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Guéry, the Puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, Puy de Sancy, the Basilica of Orcival, lakes and mountains as well as the thermal spas of Mont Dore and La Bourboule. This stone house consists on the ground floor of a large room with integrated kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area in front of the fireplace which is very popular when the snow falls (wood €35/half stere). On the 1st floor is a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a reading corner, a bathroom and a toilet. On the 2nd attic floor of the gite, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a last bedroom with a 90 cm bed, a shower room and a toilet. The house has a closed courtyard, a laundry room and a garage. Electric heating will be payable according to your consumption (from 40 to 100€/week). The village is located in the Plane valley: in the background, the Tuilière and Sanadoire rocks stand out, which mark the limit between the Dore mountains and the Banne d'Ordanche massif. 30min away, the small beach of La Tour d'Auvergne welcomes a family audience in a calm and rural atmosphere. The site, very airy and open to beautiful landscapes, offers an ideal setting for the simple pleasures of swimming and has leisure facilities for children. From the accommodation, you will also be 30 minutes from the must-see places: Vulcania, Puy de Lemptégy… To discover, the Guéry lake, ideal place for an easy mountain hike. This immense summer pasture area offers a superb panorama of the Puys chain and the Sancy massif. For a day, you can also visit Clermont-Ferrand, famous for its volcanic stone cathedral and its important cultural heritage (historic district, Michelin adventure museum, Short Film in February, Europavox festival in June …).
