We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles at the home. These are the rules set by the community. ***We do not offer Saturday check-in, nor check-out therefore Saturdays might appear as blocked on the calendar. If Saturday check-in or check-out is necessary, weekend rates will apply for both nights when only one of the nights is a weekend. (Eg; if you book Saturday to Monday or Thursday to Saturday, the rate you will be charged is Friday to Sunday-our weekend rate). Please email us prior to booking to that we can adjust that rate. Weekdays have a minimum stay of 3 nights. Due to Covid 19, the community might place some restrictions on the use of the amenities. We will contact all guests in case this occurs. Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 10 pool passes. There will be a $75 fee for any lost/missing passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we communicate that to our guests immediately. Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in an amenity filled community in the heart of Poconos! Our home features a large master bedroom on the second floor with a king size bed and an electric fire place as well as a TV with complimentary Disney plus/Hulu package. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a full size baby crib. The last bedroom has two bunkbeds (twin over full). as well as toys for our youngest guests. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table for 8 guests. We also provide a high chair. The living room features a huge and very comfortable sectional sofa, large TV with complementary Disney Plus/Hulu package, and a wood burning fireplace! You will love to snuggle up on our cozy sofa and enjoy the fireplace, spend quiet evening sitting by the stream that runs in the back or enjoy any one of our 3 balconies and just enjoy the fresh air! For additional entertainment, we have our 3 in 1 pool, ping pong and air hockey table. The game room is located in the basement of the home. We are conveniently located in a community just minutes away from Route 80, near New Jersey border. The community features 2 outdoor pools (open during summer season), tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, 3 lakes and a lake beach (opened during summer season) and several children's playgrounds. The community also has a restaurant where you can grab a bite without leaving the area. This home is also located minutes from Camelback mountain where you can enjoy skiing, snow tubing, snow boarding and zip-lining. In the summer months you will love Camelbeach outdoor water park. For all year round activities, you can visit Crossings premium outlets which features over 100 stores, visit Mt. Airy Casino or enjoy Kalahari indoor water park! Hiking, nature trails, horse back riding, canoeing, shopping, everything is only minutes away!
