This magical and authentic place can accommodate 12 travellers, and consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and an entrance hall. Accommodation: With a surface area of 300 m², the accommodation is as follows: Day area: - Entrance. - Living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, table and chairs, library and TV. - Separate fully equipped kitchen: 2 dining tables for 12 guests, oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. - Dining room for 12 guests. - WC. Night area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed, with private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) with private bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and WC. - Bedroom 4: two single beds with private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. - Bedroom 5: two single beds and a washbasin. Exterior: - Vast unfenced grounds of 6000 m², planted with trees and landscaped with garden furniture and a barbecue, the ideal place to celebrate your reunion and have a good time. The area: Embraced by the Gée, Maigné, this charming village can be discovered from the 12th century St-Vigor church, through its flowered lanes, its old wheat mills, its wash house, its magnificent residences dating from the 15th to the 18th century. This village is also the starting point for many excursions to the surrounding nature.
