A nice modern one double bed room flat near to the city centre about 1 mile (10 minutes by bus) to town including Queen street railway or Buchanan bus station. -the bus fare into the city at the cost of £1.70 each way - we also provide taxi services as well - Open plan kitchen / living room with washing machine - Free, on-street parking -Secure entrance, quite neighborhood - very comfortable and has all amenities -It’s a traditional second floor tenement with fantastic views. The space The room it’s self is contemporary, clean and comfortable. - given your own keys for the main door -Tea, coffee and breakfast stuff (cereal, porridge, jams, bread) is all freely available -Use the fridge/freezer if you have your own food! This is a great location on a quiet street with nice views out both sides. Short walk to the city centre or public transport to; the west end, Edinburgh or North to the highlands. The room is warm and beautifully furnished with an en-suite with shower. please note- In the house, no pork /alcohol/ bacon allowed. Guest access The en-suite double room is entirely yours and accessible however minus the 2nd bed room. The kitchen and living room you'll share with me or with my husband.
