You also have one secure car space allocated to the apartment, we can organise a second one with notice. We will meet you at check in and are available during your stay if anything is needed. Please use the platform as first method of communication in the lead up and during your stay. Warrawee train station is within a 5 min walk Pacific highway is less than 5min with buses running in either direction Easy availability of Taxis and Uber in the area The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay, we manage the property on behalf of the owner however we try to maintain Strict no party policy ✔ This is a meet-and-greet check-in. ✔ Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in. ✔ Please let us know in advance if it is a corporate, insurance company or other third party business booking. If no notice is provided then we may cancel the reservation on day of check in if the person checking in is different to the person that booked. Please ask if you are unsure. ✔ We provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay and 2 extra per bathroom. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee. ✔ We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. ✔ Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below. ✔ Luggage storage is only available for an extra fee and with notice ✔ Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts. ✔ We provide 2 parking spots in the underground parking space, an additional space is available for an extra fee. Early Check-in fee: $30 (Subject to availability) Late Check-in between 5pm and 9pm: $30 Late check-in between 9 PM- 1am: $75 Late Check-out fee: $45 between 10am and 11am without approval, after 11am it may be (Please speak to us first as in some cases we can provide a late check out at no cost depending on other reservations) Lost keys - $250 Lock out fee - $75 9am to 7pm / $180 9pm to 1am Call outs to assist with general tasks - $50 between 8-5pm Unlimited assistance over message and phone We can also provide a linen change or clean mid stay, price depends on quantity required. Cancellation policies - We offer two policies at booking stage, either a 10% discount for choosing a non refundable rate or a more flexible option with a 100% refund if cancelled in the time a week before.
