The 3 épis gîte "Sources et volcans" is located in a quiet and peaceful hamlet, ideal for recharging your batteries. You will appreciate the comfort of this place and its pleasant and flowery country environment. Elegant gîte, tastefully and modernly furnished on two levels in an independent house with private garden near the owners' house located on a large plot (9000 m²). On the ground floor: living room with kitchen open to the living room opening onto the terrace. On the 1st floor: 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160, separate toilet and bathroom. For more peace of mind, the bed is made on your arrival and household products are provided to you. The cottage is equipped with wifi (fiber installed soon). You can indulge in the pleasures of hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking on many marked paths and taste the joys of fishing on the banks of the Sioule and around the many ponds of Combrailles. The Gorges de la Sioule are classified as a Natura 2000 Zone for nature conservation and species protection. For swimming, the Fades lake (11km) has 3 equipped and supervised beaches (July and August). You will be ideally located to discover the volcanoes of Auvergne, Vulcania (13Km), the Puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, the Lemptegy volcano. The cottage has been awarded the "fishing cottage" label by the fishing federation. At your disposal a site for your boat and a closed room for the storage of equipment or for your bikes. Electric heating included. Shops and services in Chapdes-Beaufort 5km away or in Pontgibaud.
