Welcome to Lilas! I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 42 square meters flat, located on the 2nd floor without lift. It will be suitable for a tourist or a professional stay and ready to accommodate 4 people. You will stay close to the famous Mairie des Lilas, but also close to Paris so you can visit the various tourist sites of the capital! Very good stay to you! ## Logement Located in Lilas, my flat is nicely decorated, VERY BRIGHT and will be suitable for a stay with friends or family. It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a very nice bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a charming living room with a sofa bed where you can meet and relax after a busy day. During your stay you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee machine, Fan, Microwave, Oven. Start by visiting the main heritage sites of Lilas which are nearby such as its splendid town hall which is 5 minutes walk and the Garde Chasse Theatre which is 7 minutes away. For walks in a green environment, the Lucie-Aubrac park is a 6-minute walk away and the famous urban park of the Corniche des forts is a 7-minute drive. You will be very well served by public transport, as well: The Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire church (40 minutes by metro line 2) and the TDF tower (1 h 26 by metro line 5) are also worth a visit. As my accommodation is close to Paris, with public transport, you will be able to easily visit the tourist places which are there such as: the Place de la Bastille (27 minutes by metro lines 5 and 8), the Centre Pompidou (20 minutes by metro line 11), the Arc de Triomphe (35 minutes by metro line 11) and the Pantheon (40 minutes by metro line 11). The Eiffel Tower is 53 minutes away by metro line 11. For your daily shopping, you will have a Supermarket Casino and the Market Le Pré-Saint-Gervais at 4 minutes by foot.
