Beautiful white stone cottage in the heart of a welcoming rural french village

A lovely space,vaulted ceilings,a roaring woodburner in the heart of the lounge,a mezzanine off of a spiral staircase for sitting and relaxing, a modern fitted kitchen with an oven,fridge,microwave, kettle and coffee/latte machine,lovely character 6 seat table and chairs,lots of space for a family of 4 ideally,upto 6 comfortably There is a large AstroTurf garden opposite, belonging solely to this cottage,it has plenty of relaxing private space with a bordered badminton court for your use. 1.5 miles away there is the town of pre en pail with an outdoor pool open to the public,several bars and restaurants, boulongerie etc. Within 15 miles there is a beautiful town beach at fierté massé, at St Leonard de bois,a horse riding centre,high ropes,canoeing and a mountain bike centre,all used by us and highly recommended, very reasonable rates. Nearby the beautiful town of Bagnoles de l'orne which has antique markets,a hippodrome for a fun day out at the races,lovely restaurants, shops and relaxing lakeside bars. Mayenne is a beautiful region of France, well worth a stay. It is approximately 45 miles from the le mans motor racing circuit,ideal for enthusiasts of 24hrs race,motogp etc. 2.5 hours easy drive from Paris and Parc Disney
