The house has a large garden with space for lots of play and running. a trampoline for the kids. Large terrace at the front with space for many and a smaller terrace with table and chairs at the front door, where you can sit and eat your breakfast and listen to the birds and the forest. In the garden there is a greenhouse with table and chairs, where you can sit and have a cozy time if it rains. The house has an old-fashioned charm but with modernities such as a large flat screen TV, a wood burning stove that you can fire in on rainy days and a nice sauna to crawl into. On the ground floor is the kitchen with the old brick stove, next door is the living room which has a lovely space with its high ceiling height. Upstairs is a steep old staircase, where is the bedroom with double bed and single bed, with open floor plan next to it is a loft with a single bed, which stands against a railing. Bathroom with electric toilet and shower. About 400 m from the house is the lake, where there is a small pier with a boat that is included in the rent, and if you want an engine, you can rent it from the owner in advance. There are no other bathers here, but it is a private place that belongs to the house and that you can have in peace and quiet. In the lake there is plenty of perch and pike, if you want to fish you buy a fishing license in the Asby country store. Life jackets are available, but bring your own throwing rods. The house is located in beautiful nature with a lot to see around, including Torpön's ferry location, here you can go Zip-line, climb in high altitude course and eat good food. Lake Sommen with over 300 islands is only a few kilometers away. If you drive around Sommen, you pass many nice places along the road Tranås and Malexander.
