This large, five bedroom townhouse is ideally situated in a quiet street in the delightful seaside resort of La Forêt Fouesnant. The holiday property boasts a traditional, Breton-style design with light and comfortable interiors complete with an open-plan kitchen and living area and an indoor, heated swimming pool, which is directly accessible from both the kitchen and patio area. The pool is heated to 29° all year round. You will also benefit from five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, the holiday home includes a lovely veranda, which leads to the rear garden where you can find a goldfish pond (30cm deep). La Forêt Fouesnant lies at the end of the beautiful Bay de la Forêt. The charming coastal town is a popular choice for relaxing holidays in Brittany with guests wishing to relax on its sandy beach, which is roughly 2km from the holiday home, and while away the hours in one of the town's many bars, restaurants, crêperies and boutiques. Alternatively, the large sandy beaches of Cap Coz and Beig Meil are within a fifteen minute drive from the holday home, whilst Pont Aven, which is best known for being the inspiration for post-Impressionist painter Paul Gauguin, is roughly twenty-five minutes away. The walled town and bustling harbour in Concarneau are just 8km from the holiday home and Quimper, which is often regarded as the cultural heart of Brittany, is 17km away. The town is famous for its wonderful gothic cathedral and its enchanting cobbled streets. Please note, the house also includes a separate flat, with living room, kitchen and bathroom.
