## Space Welcome to our home! This apartament can accomodate 2 children. This former bicycle factory has been completely renovated in its original spirit to welcome its travelers. Ideally located, you will be able to do everything on foot, and enjoy your apartment in a quiet area. The main room is composed of a small lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hotplates, fridge). The mezzanine room will offer you all the comfort to spend good nights, with a Queen Size bed (160), 2 additional persons can sleep on the sofa bed. We provide sheets and towels. Finally the bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, WC and a hairdryer. Also at your disposal: Air conditioning, ironing equipment, WIFI, Netflix, bicycle garage. ## Access You will have access to the whole flat. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood You will be in front of the famous Grosse Cloche. The downtown area offers an insight of the Bordeaux' way of living: small streets full of of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders. Pleasant and authentic neighborhood, it will allow you to discover Bordeaux by foot and walk on the main squares: Place de la Comédie where singers, dancers and passers-by shared the stage, Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the largest mirror of water of the world (Miroir d'eau) or the place du Parlement, a must for diners on terraces on summer's evenings. ## Transit From the station: Take Line C or D to Porte de Bourgogne stop (7 minutes) The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the stop. From the airport: Take the Liane 1 to Lycées de Mérignac stop (27min) At the stop "Lycées de Mérignac" take the Line A to Sainte-Catherine stop. The apartment is 6 minutes walk from the stop. ## Notes This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g; smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Free Wifi Ref.
