Our home boasts sleeping space for up to 15 guests, perfect for your large group or families traveling together. Each bed features super comfortable linens, a fully equipped kitchen for making meals at home (as well as a large TV and spacious sitting areas), a fun indoor pool table hang-out area, a spacious living room, and more. Our three full bathrooms are spacious and have marble countertops and bathtub, as well as a newly renovated shower. Large windows lend themselves to lots of natural lighting throughout our home. Outside, our beautiful backyard features lush greenery, a large metal patio table and chairs, four lounge chairs with pads, a backyard table with fire pit, and more- perfect for entertaining! The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in:) -IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. -For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. -Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. -Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $3,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself. -Our fireplace is decorative, please do not use. - Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first and $50 for each additional, please let us know upon booking if you are bringing your furry friends. -We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
