This idyllic lakeside property enjoys panoramic views of Lake Värmeln. It offers a rowing boat and canoe, which ensures you can explore the lake at ease (life jackets included, maximum weight 90 kg). It is a wonderful location for families seeking peace and tranqulity amidst picturesque nature. Lake Värmeln is home to lots of fish including pike and perch. The woods surrounding the home is abundant in flora and fauna, including berries and mushrooms. If you're lucky, you may even spot an elk or a deer. Arvika is approximately 25 km away and is home to a selection of shops, eateries and, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, the town hosts a market with a fantastic selection of local products. Outside of Arvika is Klässbol, which is home to a weaving loom. Here you can explore the linen factory and purchase the thoughtfully crafted products. Alternatively, Karlstad is approximately 70 km away; the capital of Värmland boasts a fantastic array of shops and attractions. It is also reputed to be one of the sunniest towns in Sweden! Perhaps you'll wish to enjoy an active holiday amidst the stunning scenery. In Värmland you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, golfing, swimming, fishing and much more.
