This lovely holiday home with a fireplace and a large terrace is wonderfully located on a lakefront, just 8km from Perstorp. The house is just 150 metres from a barbecue and bathing spot, where you can also access the boat. Life jackets can be rented from the homeowner for EUR50/per person per stay. There are also several golf courses within 50km from the home, and you will also be located close to Söderåsen Nature Reserve and Skäralid, where you can enjoy a relaxing walk amidst beautiful scenery. Perstorp is home to a waterpark, whilst nearby Ängelholm offers excellent shopping and the opportunity to visit the beautiful sandy beach. Helsingborg, Helsingør or Copenhagen are also within driving distance, and are each home to a fantastic array of restaurants. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your bike as there are a fantastic array of small dirt roads close to the property. During the summer months, be sure to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings and admire the beauty of the leafy forests. During the winter months, it is often possible to skate on the 13 acre lake (depending upon weather conditions). Vallåsen Ski Resort is 50 km away. Here you can go on one of the 11 slopes. Here are green slopes for beginners and children as well as the challenging black piste. There are also 7 lifts, ski school, ski hire and cross country trails.
