ERZ 060 - Room 2: The handicapped accessible holiday room is located on the upper floor of the guest house and has a separate entrance. Equipment with: Combined living / sleep area (double bed, sitting area, TV), shower / WC, central heating. There is a large common room with complete (shared) kitchen and a storage room for skis, clothes and bicycles. The apartments are located on the spacious and sprawling residential land from the owner in a quiet forest location. Two apartments are located on the upper floor of the house, two rooms and another apartment are located in a separate guest house. The concrete equipment criteria can be found in the description of the respective residential unit. For all guests are also available: WLAN, lounge in the guest house, balcony or Outdoor seating area, grill, storage room for skis, bicycles and clothing, car park and toboggan. For children there is a small playground. Cot and high chair can be provided.   The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: tourist tax. Pets: In this object along on the trip of pets is only allowed on request (10 EUR / stay). All animals require prior approval of the owner. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
