Peridot is the August Birthstone and it is associated with the Zodiac signs of Leo, Libra and Gemini. Peridot activates the Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakra and is thought to increase the energy of love, happiness and prosperity, bring peace to relationships and release negative emotions.
