Hest is a very special place for my husband and I as he proposed to me at the peak in 2020 just before Covid lockdown began. The view from Hest is a beauty!! If you live near by you should totally visit. This is just a fraction of the 360 breathtaking view. Painting it helped me get to know the area! Often we´ll be driving along and I´ll say `wait! I know where we are!! I've painted this place!´

I'm looking forward to climbing more fjells and painting more peaks. Perhaps this will turn into a series. (I'm working on a rainbow at Himakånå right now!)

This view from Hest is available as a high quality limited edition print. The original will unlikely be put up for sale as It means a lot to us but I am very happy to take the trip again and paint a new one on request!
