The area is centrally located between Forus, Sandnes and Stavanger. It is a short walking distance to schools, kindergartens, bus stop and grocery store, and only a short drive to the airport. In addition, it is a short distance to beautiful outdoor areas with marked hiking trails, whether you are on foot or by bike.

Sola has a rich leisure offer with sports teams for football, handball, gymnastics and athletics. A short bike ride from the residence you will find Sola sports facility with great training facilities and an outdoor exercise track. Sola Arena velodrome and fitness center is about 8 minutes away by bike.

The area has good public bus connections. The nearest stop is Litlaberget which is about 100 m from the accommodation. By using a car, it takes approx. 3 min to Sola center, 7 min to Forus, 9 min to Stavanger Airport, 10 min to Sandnes and 13 min to Stavanger center. Forus is a pleasant 10 minutes away by bike on good bike paths.
