I’m looking for a flatmate for my 3-room apartment starting March 2025. The apartment and bedroom are fully furnished, with everything you need.

I’m a 41-year-old woman working at an environmental organization focused on honeybees and biodiversity. During the week, I’m either at work beekeeping or teaching, or at the art studio, and on weekends, you’ll often find me in the forest, or meeting friends in the city. I love exploring history, culture, linguistics, and social issues.

I’m looking for a clean and responsible flatmate who takes care of shared and personal spaces, is intuitive about cohabitation, and enjoys occasional chats, meals, or movie nights.

The apartment is located in Konfektfabrikken, between Rodeløkka and Grünerløkka. Residents have access to a 2,500 m² sheltered outdoor area with a playground. It’s a friendly community with several backyard events every year. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator.

About the apartment:
The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer), utensils, and plenty of storage space, in total approximately 60 m2. It is a new apartment with a modern and polished look, and there is a big balcony. The bedroom includes a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed. You can bring your own furniture, and use the storage space in the garage.

Rent details:
Rent includes electricity, central heating, hot water, and internet.
The apartment is very very warm with floor heating and radiators.
