Upgrade Your Training Regime with Our Functional Strength Program! ⚽🏆
Enhance your football performance with our specially developed strength program, designed for a 14-week period and divided into four phases. Each phase lasts several weeks (Off-season: 6 weeks, Preparation season: 6 weeks, Pre-season: 1 week, Competitive season: 1 week). The program is characterized by its flexibility, variety of exercises, and focuses on key aspects such as strength, energy, agility, speed, endurance, and flexibility. To fully benefit from the program, it is recommended to complete at least 75% of it.

The program requirements are simple. You should at least be able to perform:
- Squats 8 times (down to at least 90 degrees).
- Lunges 8 times.
- Pull Up On Bar 4 times.
You'll need just a few pieces of equipment to get started:
- 5 to 6 cones or similar.
- Ickey Shuffle Ladder.
- Miniband.
- Swissball.
Our program is packed with content that will strengthen you:
- Mobility and stretching exercises.
- Basic and auxiliary exercises plus conditioning exercises.
- Plyometric, and explosive exercises.
- Three lines of defense against injuries.
The program is flexible and can be adapted to your daily activities. There are no set days for the workouts. You can train both in the gym and on the football field. All exercises are explained and supported by videos (Internet access is required), so you don't need a personal trainer.
But remember, this program might not be for everyone. It is not suitable for people with type 1 diabetes, the elderly, pregnant women, boys under 16 years old, or those with acute, strain-related, or chronic injuries.
So, if you're ready to take your strength and conditioning to the next level, and you aim to become a skilled football player or participate in local competitions, this program is for you. But if you want to become a bodybuilder, or if you just want to focus on a specific exercise like deadlifts in your workouts, this might not be the right program for you.
