The Japanese Supplementary School is looking for teachers!

The Japanese supplementary school in Oslo is looking for teachers of Japanese language (kokugo) and/or mathematics (sansuu & suugaku) from grades 1-9. We have vacant temporary positions (on-call staff/ringevikar). The school is open on Saturdays from kl. 9:30 to kl. 13:00. Applications are considered on an ongoing basis.

Work tasks

• Conduct classroom teaching in Japanese, including planning and organization of teaching.

• Be part of the school community and contribute to the growth and development of the school.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written.

• Bachelor's degree or college education from Japan (2 years).

• Have an interest in working with children and enjoy working with children.

• Have a residence permit or visa in Norway. Students are also encouraged to apply.
