Beskrivelse

We are looking for a Contract Lead (Procurement responsible) within Business Services procurement. You will be responsible for procurement of services covering learning, mobility, recruitment, travel, HR operations and human rights for global and local strategic and tactical supply chain processes and contract management. As Contract Lead you will conduct/facilitate strategic workshops, risk assessment, stakeholder management by working closely with the business line. You will be part of a global team with great colleagues based in Stavanger, Bergen, UK, US, Brazil among others. You will have an important and valued role as we handle agreements which will have a major impact employees' working life.

This position has an extension option of 1 x 6 months

Contract location: Bergen or Stavanger


Tasks

As a procurement professional you will, together with the business line, ensure the best commercial agreements by setting and realizing strategic directions and capitalize on market opportunities. A Contract Lead is responsible for procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements, and holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers.

Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks, through:

LEAD CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT:

• Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation) Implement and operationalize new agreements

• Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs

MANAGE AGREEMENT:

• Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers

• Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company

• Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)

• Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)

• Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.

• Good communication skills (written and oral), in English and/or Norwegian.
