Rafting guides for class 5+ whitwater

For the 2025 season (may-october), we are looking for rafting guides.

Skills requirements:

• Good English

• Certified Rescue 3 International

• first aid course documentation

• Class 5+ river, need documentation that the white water rafting guide can manage this river

• IRF Guide Training and Education (GTE) Certification

Type of work contract: seasonal contract for the period 01.05.2024 -- 15.10.2024

Working hours 37,5 pr week

Place of work Dagali, in the Hallingdal region- on the river Numedalslågen, known as one of Europe's best rafting rivers

Job description

This role will require you to safely guide river trips on up to Grade V+ whitewater.

Under limited supervision, you must be able to work independently using your own initiative. You must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to deliver high levels of customer service, have great group management skills, be a strong critical thinker and have the ability to problem solve. You will need to flexible and adaptable in tailoring trips to suit individual needs, abilities and expectations.
