About the Role
As our Floor Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the club floor, ensuring seamless operations, top-tier customer service, and a vibrant guest experience. Your mission: keep the drinks flowing, the crowd engaged, and the team motivated.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Manage and motivate floor staff, ensuring top-notch hospitality.
Handle guest relations, resolving any issues with professionalism.
Work closely with security to maintain a safe and fun atmosphere.
Monitor inventory and collaborate with the bar team for stock control.
Assist with VIP reservations and special events.
Maintain the club’s energy, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.
