We are now looking for an HR coordinator that will join our team in Tønsberg. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a broad HR skill set, manage employee relations, support positive organizational changes, and contribute to HR operations in multiple markets as needed.
Task and responsibilities:

Manage assigned employee relations activities.

Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.

Regional responsibility for HR polices;
-
Contribute to implementing HR policies and organizational strategies.

Assist in managing HR functions during organizational changes.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee data.

Manage the time and attendance process to payroll each month.
-
Support management in managing in managing workplace conflict management (severe).
-
Support other markets as required, providing HR support across different regions and ensuring consistency with local policies and practices.

Support HR decision-making by working with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements) to ensure compliance and alignment with labor regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2--5 years of relevant experience in HR.

Good knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and relevant regulations.

Advantage: Experience in working for an international matrix organization.

Experience in working with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreements) to ensure compliance and alignment with labor regulations.
Skills

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, prepare HR reports, and interpret key metrics.

·Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.

IT Proficiency: General IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
