About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading delivery projects within our system delivery group. Our projects include software and hardware delivery for instrumentation and marine operation systems focusing on the offshore drilling market. This includes coordinating engineering efforts, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring the successful execution and operational support of technical system installations for international clients performing advanced drilling operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and leading projects for integrated system deliveries, including managing subcontractors
• Overseeing technical activities to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Managing commercial aspects, including project status, final forecasts, risk management, and change control
• Coordinating system interfaces across different technologies
• Leading engineering activities, including installation and commissioning
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers

Who We Are Looking For

Success in the Project Manager role at Kongsberg Maritime requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal suppliers. You should have a strong technical background, enabling you to interpret customer specifications accurately and ensure project execution aligns with expectations. • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Experience with risk management and change control
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for handling complex projects
