We are seeking a passionate and skilled chef to be part of our dynamic team at ANNO Spise & Drikke. We have one full-time position available, starting on March 23, 2025. The role requires evening and weekend availability and offers a permanent contract.

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Experience in preparing high-quality dishes consistent with our food concept
• Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Team player who collaborates effectively with service staff and fellow kitchen staff
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
• Previous experience in a casual dining or similar restaurant setting is preferred

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to ANNO's menu and standards
• Conduct daily mise en place, including lunch, conference dinners, and events
• Follow established procedures for ingredient handling and food safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas
• Facilitate good communication and teamwork between kitchen, service, and bar areas
• Contribute to a positive work environment and assist in team training when needed
