We’re looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer

No Isolation is experiencing strong growth and rapid expansion of our customer base and geographic reach. Our AV1 telepresence robot provides children and young people continuity in learning and belonging during time of absence, and is being adopted by customers across Europe and beyond. We have high aspirations for future growth - to help as many children as possible while achieving strong commercial success and building a great company.

We need an exceptional leader who can further strengthen and accelerate our commercial efforts. You bring proven expertise in building and nurturing high-performing sales teams, while developing bold strategies and guiding tactical execution.


What will be your mission?

You will fully own our commercial strategy and execution, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales organization. You’ll be pivotal in scaling our commercial operations, owning and aligning sales and marketing efforts, and refining pricing and customer offerings to support our mission and commercial success. This position demands both strategic vision, tactical excellence and hands-on leadership to expand our impact, with particular focus on driving sales performance and outcomes through a strategic sales approach to senior decision makers in the education sector.

  • Shape a high-performance sales culture Build a results-driven environment where your team can thrive. From recruiting top talent to implementing best practices and training and coaching sales people, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing an exceptional sales organization.

  • Lead sales strategy & execution Define and execute our sales strategy, setting ambitious targets and driving revenue growth - particularly ARR. Your leadership will directly impact our success as we scale our sales efforts.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategy Collaborate with the executive team to refine customer offerings, develop pricing models, and introduce new value-added services while staying laser-focused on sustained growth and impact.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration Combine the efforts of our commercial teams with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Together, you’ll ensure our sales strategies align with our broader company objectives and mission.

🤖 Who are we?

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness and mental health reasons. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

Today, there are over 3,700 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. With a dedicated team of 45 employees across the UK, Germany, Scandinavia, and Spain, No Isolation is uniquely positioned in the EdTech sector to tackle the growing issue of persistent absence—supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
