Quality Assurer

The Compliance team at Andøya Spaceport is looking for a dedicated person to help us enhance every aspect of our operations.

Working alongside our Quality Assurer, you will contribute to strengthening our processes, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

 

Tasks/responsibilities

• Producing reports on key performance indicators
  
• Perform trend-analysis on reporting etc.
  
• Plan and conduct internal audits (on process, procedure and compliance level)
  
• Support and host external 2. and 3rd party audits
  
• User support on Quality Management applications
  
• Assist Process owners on Quality Processes and architecture
  
• Validate and review processes and procedures to ensure that they are mitigating risks identified, ensure procedures are efficient to ensure that the services are performed in line with specifications and requirements and control measures are in place. Control interfaces between processes and procedures.
  
• Assist Case handlers and secure progress with Case handling and Non-conformity classifications
  
• Support and coordinate Quality Management System with Quality Manager
  
• Develop, plan and conduct trainings and onboarding, for the Quality Management System
  
• Participate in quality assurance of processes and procedures within ASX
  
• Participate in Quality Support team during operations
  
• Reporting Quality Cases and status to the team and the management group
• Assist change owners and ensure progress on open change cases
• Support the compliance team on different topics related to compliance

Qualifications - Education

• Experience with ISO9001
  
• Experience as auditor or lead auditor (ISO19011)
  
• Understanding of Norwegian legal requirements and regulations
  
• Experience with education, training or courses
  
• Experience with IT applications and tools Experience from Process Industry, Storulykkevirksomhet etc.

• Analytic and structured
  
• Flexible
  
• Easily understand IT-systems and architecture
  
• Capability of working independently and also cooperate with different competency areas.
  
• Very good communication skills for internal and external communication.
• Professional written language skills in Norwegian and English
