A room, approximately 10 m² in a 67 m² apartment with good ceiling height is available for short term rent (6 months) in Ryen.
The room to be rented has a wardrobe, lamp and a table with some drawers but no bed.
There is plenty of space for a bed, desk, wardrobe and other personal furnishings such as an armchair or a small sofa.
Electricity, hot water, heating and internet are included in the rent.
We would share a common kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The apartment does not have a washing machine and dishwasher. There is common laundry in the basement which can be used by everyone.

Rema 100, Coop Extra, Meny, SATS, Evo are just on the opposite side of the road.

The apartment is very well connected by bus and T-Bane.
The bus stop is 180 meters from the apartment and takes 18 min to reach Jernbanetorget.
The T-Bane stop is 450 meters and takes 13 min for the same.

I am a 32 year guy from India working as a software developer in Oslo for the past 6 years and looking for a neat and tidy person to share the apartment with.
