Med kun 4 min gange til Stabekk stasjon (finnes bred svarvei Google ikke finner), kan man raskt ta både tog og buss til jobb fra Nordliveien 20A. Fra togstasjonen går det to lokaltog, ett regiontog og Flytoget. Likevel ligger huset i en vei med lite trafikk og støy. Med leiligheten kommer også en parkeringsplass.

Sokkelleiligheten har et romslig inngangsparti der man kan henge fra seg jakker og sette fra seg sko. Gjennom gangen kommer man til stua og kjøkkenet.

Den store stua kan innredes på mange vis og inneholder en storslagen peis og spotlys i taket som kan dimmes. På kjøkkenet står det bl.a. et høyt kombi kjøle-fryseskap fra 2019 og en stekeovn med komfyr. Kjøkkenet har nedfelt oppvaskkum og benkeplate av laminat.

Fra den éne enden av stua, kan man entre det 10kvm store soverommet, og fra det andre, badet. Badet ble pusset opp i 2005, har gulvvarme, og inneholder en Miele vaskemaskin.

Leiligheten leies ut med en sydvendt terrasse i etasjen over med fantastiske solforhold.

Nærmeste store matbutikk er Kiwi Stabekk Stasjon, ca. 7 min gange unna. En søndagsåpen Joker med post-i-butikk ligger to steinkast unna, ca 2 min gange.

Boligen leies ut til maks to personer. Røyking ikke tillatt.

Elektrisk oppvarming. Tre nye panelovner med Wifi-funksjoner er nylig satt inn! Strøm er inkludert i leien.

Taking only 4-minutes to walk to Stabekk station (there is a wide shortcut Google can’t find), you can quickly take both the train and bus to work from Nordliveien 20A. From the train station, you can take two local trains, one regional train, and the Airport Express Train. Nevertheless, the house is situated in a road with little traffic and noise. The apartment also comes with a parking space.

The flat has a spacious entrance area where you can hang jackets and place shoes. Through the hallway, you reach the living room and kitchen.

The large living room can be furnished in many ways and includes a grand fireplace and dimmable downlights. In the kitchen, there is a tall combination fridge-freezer from 2019 and an oven with a stove. The kitchen has a recessed sink and a laminate countertop.

From one end of the living room, you can enter the 10 sqm bedroom, and from the other, the bathroom. The bathroom was renovated in 2005, has floor heating, and includes a Miele washing machine.

The apartment comes with a south-facing terrace on the upper floor with fantastic sun conditions.

The nearest large supermarket is Kiwi Stabekk Station, about a 7-minute walk away. A Joker with postal service that is open also on Sundays is just ~100m away.

The property will be rented out to a maximum of two people. No smoking.
