Hybelen holder høy standard og befinner seg i førsteetasjen i en bolig i et veletablert og rolig boligområde på Strømstangen, Snarøya. Hybelen har egen separat inngang og er fullt møblert- flytt rett inn.

Hybelen er ny og moderne og ble ferdigstilt sammen med en omfattende oppgradering av boligen. Hybelen er godkjent av Bærum kommune og har parkett på gulv og flislagt bad. Hybelen har videre balansert ventilasjon, internett, oppvarming og normalt forbruk av varmtvann/strøm inkludert.

Hybelen består av stue med kjøkken, soverom/alkove, gang og separat bad. Hybelen er smakfullt innredet med integrerte hvitevarer på kjøkken (komfyr/platetopp, kjøl&frys, oppvaskmaskin) og med vaskemaskin med kombinert tørketrommel på badet.

Diverse
Fremleie, dyrehold og røyking er ikke tillatt. Leiesum justeres årlig etter KPI, første gang fra 1. januar 2026. Den oppgitte leieprisen tar utgangspunkt i en person.
Første månedsleie forfaller til betaling ved kontraktsinngåelse.
