We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team and help elevate our Latin American fine dining experience. As an innovative, ambitious restaurant, we’re dedicated to blending bold Latin American flavors with refined, modern techniques, creating a dining experience like no other in the region.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen (Sous Chef or similar position is a strong advantage but not required)
• Exceptional creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences
• Knowledge of Latin American cuisine is a strong advantage but not required---we value a willingness to learn and explore new flavors
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Permission to work and Norwegian adresse is required
• Fluency in English is required
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a high standard of professionalism

About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will work directly with our Head Chef to ensure each dish that leaves our kitchen embodies creativity, sophistication, and precision. You'll play a vital role in leading the kitchen, bringing new ideas to the table, and setting the culinary standard at Que Pasa.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistent excellence in quality and presentation
• Support the Executive Chef in menu development, introducing creative and seasonal ideas
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Oversee inventory, food preparation, and daily operations to optimize kitchen efficiency
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with fine dining expectations
