About the Role

In this role, you will work alongside the HR Director and another HR Generalist, ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting our strategic People & Culture initiatives. As part of our small, collaborative team, you will take ownership of key administrative processes, including payroll, data management, contract management, and reporting. You will engage directly with managers and employees, providing HR support, guidance, and advice. Additionally, you will contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and the employee experience, with a focus on areas like health, well-being, work environment, collaboration, and inclusion.

A key priority for 2025 will be the continued implementation and optimization of our new HR system (HiBob), supporting the organization in driving efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, manage employee data and systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance with Nordic labor laws.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with payroll providers to prepare and manage monthly payroll across the Nordic region.
  • HR Projects: Support continuous improvement of our HR system (HiBob), including driving adoption, optimization, and integration with other systems.
  • Manager Support: Advise and support managers on employee-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with IT, Finance, and other departments to streamline HR processes and provide expert support, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
What We Are Looking ForSkills & Experience:
  • Solid understanding of key HR processes and Nordic labor law
  • Fluent in English and ideally one Nordic language (spoken & written)
  • Experience in HR and payroll administration and coordination
  • Strong ability to effectively use, implement, and optimize HR systems, ideally with experience supporting end users through change management
  • Experience leading or contributing to HR projects and initiatives
  • Experience in managing health & safety, driving ED&I efforts, or overseeing integrity initiatives (e.g., Code of Conduct training, case handling) is a particular advantage, as is interest or experience in agile methodologies

Additional Information

This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible (April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026). The starting date can be flexible for the right candidate. Location: Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, or Oslo, with a slight preference for Stockholm, where the rest of the HR team is based.
