Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Welders who take pride in high-quality workmanship and have a strong focus on safety, precision, and efficiency. If you have experience working with welding techniques in industrial settings and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you may be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks according to project specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Work with various welding methods, including TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA (Stick Welding).

• Ensure all welding meets required quality standards and industry regulations.

• Conduct inspections of welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.

• Follow HMS (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.

• Participate in quality control procedures, including testing and documentation of welds.

• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

Qualifications

✅ Certification as a Welder (ISO 9606-1, 287-1, or equivalent).

✅ Experience with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welding .

✅ Minimum 2-5 years of welding experience , preferably in industrial or Oil & Gas settings.

✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and blueprints .

✅ Strong knowledge of HMS regulations and safety protocols .

✅ Experience working with welding equipment, power tools, and related machinery.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Good communication skills, preferably in English or Norwegian .

✅ Valid EU driver's license is an advantage.

✅ Additional certifications (NDT, offshore safety training, hot work certification) are a plus.
