We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Agent to join our first-line support team. As we prepare to launch our upgraded supplier portal, we are expanding our team to manage an anticipated increase in workload and cover long-term absences. This is a six-month full-time position with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and our ticketing system (Jira), serving as the voice of Mercell. A strong command of Swedish—both spoken and written—is essential for this role. You will join a dedicated team of 12 professionals, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service. Our team is equally divided between Stockholm and Oslo.

Core Responsibilities
Assist customers through phone calls and written tickets
Contribute to the enhancement of user guides
Escalate unresolved issues to the second-line support team
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills
A pleasant demeanor with interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior customer service experience is an advantage, though not required
A strong eagerness to learn and grow
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Temporary (six months, full time) with potential for extension
Workplace: Hybrid remote
Location: Stockholm or Oslo
