Your Mission 

We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Agent to join our first-line support team. As we prepare to launch our upgraded supplier portal, we are expanding our team to manage an anticipated increase in workload and cover long-term absences. This is a six-month full-time position with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and our ticketing system (Jira), serving as the voice of Mercell. A strong command of Swedish—both spoken and written—is essential for this role. You will join a dedicated team of 12 professionals, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service. Our team is equally divided between Stockholm and Oslo.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone calls and written tickets

  • Contribute to the enhancement of user guides

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the second-line support team

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)

  • Basic computer skills

  • A pleasant demeanor with interpersonal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, though not required

  • A strong eagerness to learn and grow


Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: Temporary (six months, full time) with potential for extension

Workplace: Hybrid remote

Location: Stockholm or Oslo
