• Proven experience as a chef with experience from busy ala carte restaurants.

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques Is a plus.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

• Proven experience as a Chef with experience from ala carte restaurants, Italian restaurant a plus or similar culinary setting.

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

• Good communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred, but not required.

Arbeidsoppgaver

• "Normal" ala carte service with preperation of dishes.

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, cooking techniques, and presentation, to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.

• Manage inventory, control size and cost of recipies and prep, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Be apart of a team and work as a teamplayer
