Beskrivelse

As Contract Lead within IT Procurement you will be responsible for contract establishment and contract management. You will align and coordinate involvement from other relevant departments (e.g., technical, legal, SSU, stakeholders etc.) and negotiate terms with suppliers. IT is a vital and integrated part of our client's business and you will have an important and valued role handling important risk and influencing agreements of great technical and commercial value.

The position has he possibility of a 12 month extension.

Contract location: Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim


Tasks

A Contract Lead is responsible for procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements. Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers. Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks, through:

LEAD CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT:

• Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)

• Implement and operationalize new agreements

• Framework agreements, project specific contracts and call offs

AGREEMENT MANAGEMENT:

• Shape the future global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers

• Identify business cases and drive change in contract relationship to maximize value for company

• Ensure contract compliance, identify, and manage risk (SSU, commercial, financial, local requirements)

• Stakeholder management in relevant business line together with Company Representative (CR) and Contract Owner (CO)

• Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements in collaboration with Company Representative, including supporting the business line

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

Education: Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent qualities:

Digital skills: Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage.

A self-driven team player who is flexible and eager to explore solutions and New Ways of Working to efficiently handle changing business needs.
