good communication skills in English are important
good collaboration skills
a background certificate from the police is required for the last 5 years in the country where you have resided. This is necessary to get an approved background check from the Norwegian Aviation Authority (we can assist with this)

As a production worker, you will be at the heart of our business, contributing to the harvesting and processing of first-class salmon.

Your role will involve a variety of tasks including manual cutting, packing, filleting, sorting and more.
